What is the Root Rot Extension?
Root Rot simulates tree cohort mortality due to root rot disease caused by Phytophora cinnamomi. It is compatible with the PnET-Succession extension.

Requirements
To use Root Rot you need:
- The LANDIS-II model v7.0 installed on your computer.
- The PnET-Succession extension v4.1+ installed.
- Example files (see below)
Download
Version 1.0 can be downloaded here. To install it on your computer, launch the installer.
Example Files
LANDIS-II requires a global parameter file for your scenario, and separate parameter files for each extension.
