What is the Original Wind Extension?

Original Wind generates circular, elliptical, or linear wind events, dependent upon wind speed. Wind events are not sensitive to landscape continuity. Inputs are dependent upon ecoregion specific inputs. Original Wind follows the principles of older LANDIS versions (v3.6 and earlier).

Requirements

To run this extension, you need:

• The LANDIS-II model v8.0 installed on your computer.
• Example files (see below)

Download and Install the Extension

The latest version can be downloaded here. (Look for the download icon in the upper right corner.) Launch the installer.
