What is the Biomass Community Output Extension?

This extension generates new initial community inputs (text file and map) at specified time steps. The purpose of the extension is to create a new initial community input file from a model run, allowing a user to ‘restart’ a model run from a given time point by inputting this output.

Requirements

To use this extension, you need:

• The LANDIS-II model v8.0 installed on your computer.
• Installer and Example files (see below)

Download and Install the Extension

The latest version can be downloaded here. (Look for the download icon in the upper right corner.) Launch the installer.
